Green

greenskin media is a dedicated team of design specialists with a strong desire to develop information technology in the most environmentally responsible way possible.

Based in Launceston Tasmania, our team’s design approach is creatively influenced by the unique natural landscape that our island state is famous for.
A strong design element is incorporated into our design concepts so that each client is uniquely identified both within their own field of business and more largely within our own business and cultural landscape.

The green approach to business

Every day we use resources and produce waste that creates a strain on the earth. It used to be that our planet, the only one we have to live on, was able to handle this strain. But after decades of natural resource abuse, the balance is upset and the earth is struggling.

If we use what we are given and return it in a better state then surely we are making a positive contribution to the environment and therefore helping the earth nurse itself back to full health.

Our vision is to help Tasmanian business operators, and the rest of the community, understand what global warming is, what it means and what we can do to help stabilise or reverse its ill effects.

Our business and our hosting platform - greenskin hosting, has been audited and accredited with Australia’s highest standard of carbon offset accreditation – which means we can also help reduce our clients carbon footprint with our green services and carbon neutral web hosting operations.
